As Talent Manager for activpayroll, I'm responsible for all things recruitment, career development, performance management and talent development. In non-HR speak, what that really means is making sure we hire the right people, give them the best possible experience and support to succeed, and help them really shape their careers with us.

If you are someone who loves a challenge, has loads of ideas and wants the space to run with them with the help of a really supportive and fun team, then this is very much the place for you. I've been working in HR and talent roles over the past 10 or so years, working in everything from big corporate companies to small consultancies in IT, Oil and Gas and Professional Services. I've been with activpayroll for the last two years and am really proud of the business we have become.
