What I do at activpayroll

I head up the Sales & Partnerships function in activpayroll, working with and supporting the business development team in Malaysia and supporting our outbound sales team based in the UK. I also have the privilege of nurturing our existing strategic partners, as well as seeking new partners who have synergies with our business and can add value to our customers.

Why activpayroll

I have been with activpayroll for 7 years and no two days are the same, which I love. I get the opportunity to work with many great colleagues and customers, and the sector is really varied and evolving. There is so much opportunity to learn new things and develop yourself here, with the support of great colleagues while delivering a great service to our customers.

Who am I?

After graduating from Robert Gordon University, I spent a large part of my career working for a major UK bank in BD and Sales roles. Throughout my career I have supported and managed small and large sales teams, and I enjoy meeting people and building long term relationships. 

Advice for prospective candidates

Be honest, confident, and enthusiastic - showing a willingness to learn and take on new challenges is really important in a high growth business like activpayroll, as things can change quickly!
