As UK Payroll Operations Manager, I am responsible for the leadership, coaching and direction of our UK Payroll Operations and providing support across all departments in activpayroll.  Our teams are based across the Aberdeen and Edinburgh offices,  and we support a huge variety of customers to deliver payroll for their employees across the UK.

I have been in the payroll bureau industry for the past 12 years, with 9 of those years spent with activpayroll in a variety of roles.

I began my activpayroll career as a UK Payroll Administrator, and since then I have gone on to be a Team Lead and had experience in payroll implementation before being promoted to my current role.

My experience in activpayroll is a prime example of the fantastic opportunities for progression that we provide, and I am committed to making sure we give our employees the same experience and opportunities that I have had.
