Callum McAndrew

As EMEA and UK Operations Manager, I am responsible for the leadership, coaching and direction of our Ongoing UK In House Payroll Operations and our EMEA In-Country Partner Model Operations and providing support across all departments in activpayroll.  My teams are based over Aberdeen, Edinburgh, and Glasgow offices so I get to do a lot of travelling around Scotland to spend time with all my teams.

I have been in the payroll bureau industry for the past 12 years, with 9 of those years spent with activpayroll in a variety of roles.

I began my activpayroll career as a UK Payroll Administrator and since then I have gone on to be a Team Lead in our UK Ongoing department as well as a Team Lead in the UK Implementation Department.  I was also given the opportunity to head up two departments as the UK Payroll Ongoing and Implementation Service Delivery Manager before being promoted to my current role as Operations Manager for both UK and EMEA Operations. 

To cut a long story short, I am a prime example of the fantastic opportunities for progression activpayroll provides and I will always endeavour to give our employees the same experience and opportunities.
